Each session lasts 90 minutes, with 45 minutes of 1-on-1 training and 45 minutes of digital exercises, all focused on giving your brain the ultimate workout and strengthening those key cognitive skills.
Using skill-building drills and metacognitive techniques, we push cognitive abilities to new heights. Each session involves increasingly difficult tasks, multitasking exercises, and immediate feedback from the trainer.
